Return & Shipping Policy

Shipping & Handling: 

Your order ships within 24 hours on weekdays. Please notice that your shipment might be delayed up to 3 days during our sales period.

Delivery time is usually 4-5 days after shipment date when shipped to an address in Canada. Fresh Soul cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Please note, that during campaigns, delivery time can be longer. Your order will be shipped via FedEx or Canada Post, however we may change or add carriers at any time. Also, the shipping cost price depends on the country of delivery.

Returns:

Please reach out to us on Livechat or sales@freshsoul.ca to initiate your return. Fresh Soul product that is purchased online (excluding promotional or sale items) can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund in the amount of the purchase excluding shipping costs. All merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed and be accompanied by the original hang tags. The condition of the returned item is left at the discretion of Fresh Soul. The 30 days return policy also includes items on sale. This return policy only applies to purchases from our online store. If you are looking to return a Fresh Soul product purchased from another retailer, please contact the retailer directly.

Exchange:

To avoid disappointment we advise that you place a new order for any items you wish to exchange for and request a refund for your return, as the items you want may sell out in the time it takes for us to receive your return. We are not able to hold items and cannot guarantee their availability prior to receiving your return.
